Natural
Our hams are produced through natural, organic methods. Our pigs are fed on natural products such as grains, fruits and vegetables and are also cured in controlled dryers in natural, traditional cellars which combine to produce an entirely natural product from beginning to end.

Tradition
We are a family 'jamonera' dedicated to the production of Ham and now in our third generation.
We have maintained and improved our heritage with pride, and kept alive the traditional arts of the "jamonera".
